The Torah commands us to take on Sukkos a pri etz hadar — the fruit of a beautiful tree. Our Sages teach that this refers to the esrog, the citron, chosen above all fruits for its extraordinary beauty, fragrance, and taste.
Hiddur mitzvah — performing a commandment with beauty and excellence — is not merely a custom. It is a principle woven into the fabric of Jewish law. The Talmud teaches that one should spend up to a third more to acquire a more beautiful esrog.

We source exclusively from the world's most respected esrog-growing regions, each with its own character and tradition.
The Yanover esrog from Calabria is considered by many poskim to be the most mehudar of all. Grown in the same groves for generations, these esrogim are renowned for their clean lineage, exceptional shape, and the deep golden color that develops in the Mediterranean sun.
Moroccan esrogim carry a rich Sephardic tradition stretching back centuries. Known for their distinctive fragrance and robust size, they are prized by Sephardic communities worldwide and inspected to the highest standards of kashrut and hiddur.
Grown in the holy soil of Eretz Yisrael, Israeli esrogim carry a unique spiritual dimension. Our Israeli selections are sourced from orchards with impeccable hashgacha, offering beautiful, fragrant fruit with the added kedushah of the Land.
